There are some conditions which lend themselves well to regular, weekly therapy but there are also conditions or symptoms that can be treated rapidly and effectively in a short period of time.
For example, people suffering from social anxiety disorder, phobias (such as driving, flying, germs, hospitals, claustrophobia), panic attacks, generalized anxiety disorder, or depression can often find tremendous improvement or even complete cure by doing Intensive therapy for several hours at a time.

The format can vary widely; some clients have come for three 2-hour sessions per week for 4-6 weeks, others have flown in for 4-8 hour sessions over one or several days.
Clients have come from places such as southern California, Arizona, New York, Calgary, London, Mexico, Guam, and Vancouver and many have found these Intensives to be more efficient and effective than spreading the therapy out over a much longer period.
